Electrical discharge machining is a thermo-physical-based material removal technique. 25 combinations of process variables were formulated with the aid Taguchi technique for EDM adsorbed Si3N4–TiN. Machining like pulse current, pulse-on time, pulse-off dielectric pressure, and spark gap voltage varied, impact each on performance metrics (MRR, EWR, SR, ROC, ?, CIR, CYL) was assessed. MCDM strategies grey relational analysis TOPSIS are utilized to find out ideal arrangement parameters achieve most acute productivity multitude reactions. Likewise, metaheuristic algorithm in particular GRA combined teaching-learning-based optimization getting global optimized input factors. Important factors characteristically affect outputs.
